About the College

A two-decade legacy of nursing education at the heart of Srinagar — under the J&K Waqf Board, affiliated with the University of Kashmir.

About the College

Bibi Halima College of Nursing and Medical Technology was established in 2005 under the patronage of the Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board, with a clear mission: to bring quality, accessible, and value-based nursing education to the heart of Srinagar.

Named after the noble figure of Bibi Halima — a symbol of nurturing care — the college reflects the very ideals it seeks to instill in its students: compassion, dignity, and service.

"To prepare nurses and medical technologists who combine clinical excellence with humane, patient-centered practice."
