Submission Guidelines
- All forms must be filled completely in blue/black ink, signed, and submitted to the college office during working hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Attach self-attested copies of supporting documents (mark sheets, ID proof, certificates) as specified in the form.
- Incomplete forms or those without required attachments will not be accepted.
- Last dates and fees, where applicable, are mentioned in the corresponding notification on the Notifications page.
